However, University-Admissions is not responsible for any loss of your personal and credit card information, or any fraudulent charges that are not University-Admissions's fault and that could not have been prevented. We will not knowingly give, or provide any identifiable personal information, including information provided in your registration or completed essays/letters, to any third party, unless we have obtained prior consent from you; are legally required to do so; or it becomes necessary during disputes regarding our services and/or fees.

IP Tracking (Log Files) and "Cookies"
In an effort to continuously improve and personalize our website to your needs, University-Admissions may track IP addresses and may use random number assignments on a user's hardrive (called "cookies") to track general and aggregate web browsing patterns such as content preferences and traffic patterns. The use of cookies simply gives us basic general information such as how many times a user has visited our site in a given month, and what pages the user has visited.
