Once
you place an order with us, you will be sent to our Secure Payment Page (processed
by PayPal) where you may choose the type of payment you wish to make. When your payment
is approved, you will be sent an email confirmation, containing a link to a page
where you can download our questionnaire. The questionnaire is comprised of a list
of personal questions that will give us the necessary academic and personal information
to help us draft your profile/ essay and requested service. Please COMPLETE the questionnaire
and return it to us immediately thereafter for PROMPT service. NOTE: The more thorough
your response the better the end result would be.
Receipt of Completed Order:
University-Admissions.Com
defines a "completed order" as receipt of ALL requested information necessary to
fill the order. This includes a completed questionnaire and verified payment information,
transmitted to University-Admissions.Com. As soon as your order is "completed" University-Admissions.Com
will notify you via e-mail with a tentative completion date. We will not begin processing
your order until it is deemed "complete." Since University-Admissions.Com has no
control over the e-mail servers involved, we can only represent that we will dispatch
your order in a timely manner.
Order Cancellations and Refunds:
Full refunds will be
provided ONLY FOR ORDERS CANCELED PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF YOUR COMPLETED PROFILE (for
development orders), or your essay (for edit/critique orders). After a completed
profile (or your existing essay) is submitted, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Once you
complete and submit your profile or your existing essay, our writers/editors immediately
begin working on your order, EVEN THOUGH you may not receive your completed essay
until the due date. As such, we are not able to provide any refunds once you submit
your completed profile or your existing essay.
ALL ORDERS FROM MINORS REQUIRE A PARENT'S

Scheduling:
Each business day ends at 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Therefore,
any order "completed" after 5PM EST will not be considered completed until the following
business day.
